Blue Moon

Blue Moon’s building lots have been carefully designed to accommodate the family retreat or retirement home of which each of us has dreamed. Well proportioned building lots of 1 to 2.5 acres with a Property Owners Association-maintained network of wells provides sufficient space to build comfortable homes with ample privacy. Lots can also be combined into four-to-five acre estates. The POA’s covenants and restrictions ensure the McMansions get built elsewhere and don’t impede your views or relationship with nature. Many of Western North Carolina’s premiere architects, designers and builders have participated in the creation of Blue Moon. You can see pictures of their creations below, including some sample designs provided that they believe will fit well in the Blue Moon community.
